Exchanges. Every item bought on givelo.cc can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for another size, colour or product of the same or higher price. We send you a FedEx return label for every exchange. On full-price items it's free; on sale items the return shipping fee is charged. Swapping for something priced higher? You only pay the difference.

Returns and refunds. Full-price items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. That's our Comfort Guarantee: if a full-price piece isn't right for you, send it back unused and get your money back. Return shipping is free with our FedEx label.

Sale items. Sale items aren't refunded. You can send them back within 30 days of delivery for store credit for the amount you paid, or exchange them for another size, colour or product of the same or higher price. Return shipping on sale items is not covered.

Bundles. If you return one item from a bundle, the 20% bundle discount no longer applies to the items you keep, and the difference is deducted from the amount we refund.

Condition. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. We may refuse items that don't meet these conditions, or ask you to cover shipping to send them back to you. Gift cards can't be refunded.

Crash replacement. If your Givelo piece is damaged in a crash within 3 months of purchase, email digital1@givelo.cc with a photo, the product name and your order number. Once approved, we send a one-time code for 30% off a replacement.

Warranty. Every product has a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects in the fabric or workmanship, from the date of purchase. It doesn't cover normal wear.

Timing. We refund within 48 hours of approving your return. How long it takes to show on your card or account depends on your bank or card provider.

How to start. Email digital1@givelo.cc with your order number, the item and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.
